At Lazy Susan we endeavour to answer all emails within 2 hours during normal office hours. We are also happy to send out samples of colours for cushion covers and the metal finishes on the tables. Samples will be sent out by post, and they can be requested by filling in our sample request form.

Entrega del Palet: Entregas de todas las mesas grandes se hacen en palet de madera. Esto asegura que todos los artículos se mantengan juntos en tránsito. Los artículos mandados en palet son empacados seguramente y mandados a través del "Pallet Network" de Geodis. Geodis siempre llama al cliente antes de entregar para concentar una cita.
Nosotros despachamos su pedido el dia siguiente después de haber recibido su pedido y el pago. Tenga en cuenta: las entregas en palet se dejan en la puerta. La compañía no las puede poner en el jardín.
Aceptación de la entrega: cuando reciba una entrega, tómese unos minutos para verificar el estado de los paquetes. Si se resalta algún daño a las cajas, acepte el producto pero escriba una declaración del siguiente tipo en el albarán de entrega: "daños a la mesa", "daños a 2 sillas", "daños a la sombrilla". Cuando desempaque, probablemente notará que los productos están en perfectas condiciones. Pero si ese no fuese el caso, no te preocupes. Por favor, envíenos solo algunas fotos del daño y ¡nosotros solucionaremos el problema!
